Now that you have chosen your new best friend, here are some simple steps to follow.

1. Before any purchase, you must speak to me personally. I will go over the health guarantees,
feeding requirements, all of the shipping arrangements (vet checks, flight information or ground
shipping information). If you are within traveling distance, meeting personally is an option and can
save you a little on shipping. Within reason, I can make arrangements to meet you half-way.

2. I need your information in order to schedule shipment. This will include
your name, (plus an alternate in case you can't meet the plane or truck), address, phone number
and preferred date of shipment. Your purchase agreement will contain this information as well.

3. Preferred payment method is Paypal. You can go directly to the Paypal site or use the buttons
below. Paypal is a very safe, secure way to pay for your purchases online. If you do not have a
Paypal account, setting one up is very simple, usually takes a couple of days. As long as I know
that you are in the process, I will hold your puppy. (No puppy can be shipped before payment is
received, however.)

4. I will notify you of the results of the pre-shippment vet check. Prior to sale, our puppies are
health checked and then rechecked immediately prior to shipping. As soon as I have your new
friend booked in on the ship date, I will again contact you to notify you that your puppy is on
his/her way. I appreciate a call in return when your puppy has arrived.

5. As soon as we have established a ship date, please set up a well-baby check up for your puppy
within a day or so of arrival. Good preventive care will go a long way in insuring that your new
friend has a long and healthy life.

6. If you have any questions or comments, either before or after the sale, please feel free to
contact me. I love to get pictures and I love to see what the puppies look like when they are grown.
